Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use of online services) to create an account, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are between that minimum age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required by local law.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your password and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly at hello@p2pteller.com if you suspect unauthorised access or use of your account.

2. Description of the Services

7Might is a social and peer-to-peer marketplace application that allows you to build a profile, post photos, videos, and audio to a newsfeed, message other users with text and voice notes, list and browse products, and share your location to coordinate the delivery or pickup of goods. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time, and we do not guarantee that any specific feature will always be available.

3. Permissions You Grant on Your Device

Certain features require you to grant device permissions, and by enabling a feature that requires a permission, you agree that 7Might may access the corresponding hardware or data for the stated purpose only:

• Camera — to let you capture photos and videos directly within the app for your profile, product listings, and posts
• Photos and Videos (media library) — to let you select existing photos and videos to upload
• Microphone — to let you record and send voice messages and add audio to videos you capture in the app
• Location — to let you and other users coordinate delivery or pickup of goods, see nearby listings, and improve the safety and speed of in-person exchanges

3.1 Withdrawing Permissions

You may deny or withdraw any of these permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so may disable the specific feature that relies on the permission (for example, in-app photo capture, voice messaging, or delivery coordination) but will not prevent you from using the rest of the Services. Full details on how each permission is used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your Content and the Licence You Grant Us

"User Content" means any photo, video, audio recording, text, listing, comment, review, or other material you create, upload, or share through the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant P2PTELLER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to resize, compress, or create thumbnails), publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Services, and complying with law. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except: (a) to the extent your content has been shared with, saved, or re-shared by other users beyond our control; (b) for backup copies retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy; and (c) where retention is required for legal, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licences, and consents to post your User Content, including the right to grant the licence above, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights) or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

When using the Services, including when posting photos, videos, audio, or listings, you agree that you will not:

• Post or send content that is sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise unlawful
• Post or send content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• List counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or unsafe goods, or goods you do not have the right to sell
• Use another user's photo, video, audio, or personal information without their consent
• Upload malware, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without their consent
• Use the camera, microphone, or location features to surveil or record another person without their knowledge and consent, where such consent is legally required
• Use the Services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose

6. Marketplace, Orders, and Delivery

7Might allows users to list, discover, and arrange the purchase of goods directly between buyers and sellers ("Marketplace"). P2PTELLER is not a party to the sale between a buyer and seller and does not own, inspect, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any listed item, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offering. You are solely responsible for evaluating a listing, the counterparty, and the item before completing a transaction.

Where the Services include delivery-coordination features, buyers, sellers, and delivery partners may share location information with each other, limited to the specific order, solely to arrange pickup and delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting another user in person; we recommend meeting in public, well-lit locations where possible and never sharing your live location outside of the in-app feature designed for that purpose.

Where a payment feature is offered directly in the app or through a partner payment or mobile-money provider, additional terms from that provider may apply, and applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your sales.

7. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Removal

We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any User Content, using automated tools and, where needed, human review, if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if we receive a valid legal request or report from another user. We may suspend a listing, a post, a message, or your account while we investigate a report. You can report content or another user directly within the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The 7Might name, logo, application, website, and underlying software, and all associated trademarks, designs, and content that we create (excluding User Content), are owned by P2PTELLER Technology or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as intended, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, such as mapping providers, payment or mobile-money providers, cloud storage, or app stores. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that content will be accurate or complete, or that any item listed by another user will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P2PTELLER and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any transaction with another user, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose, or the equivalent of USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P2PTELLER, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party, including in connection with a Marketplace transaction or in-person meeting arranged through the Services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the safety or rights of P2PTELLER, other users, or the public. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through the app's account settings or by contacting hello@p2pteller.com. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15) will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a mandatory law of your country of residence provides you with additional consumer protections that cannot be waived, in which case that mandatory law will apply to the extent required. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@p2pteller.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 45 days, either party may bring the matter before the competent courts of NO. 12, IRANA STREET, OKEALAAFIA, ADO-EKITI, EKITI STATE, NIGERIA, or, where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires it, the courts of your place of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above, and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as an in-app message or email. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and P2PTELLER regarding the Services.
